Armor Quesions/clearification?

I have an Armor question on what can be stacked and how all that works.....

For my class.. I think armor limit is 30? but of that 30 can it be made up of any type? Physical, Dex, Arcane?

What can be stacked what can't? I guess is a better question?

It all can be stacked to equal 30 or less for you. but each one has a one min reset time that is separate meaning:

One min to refit armor
One min to refit Arcane Armor
One min to refit Dex Armor
