A question about Laws

Greetings...
My name is Andrew Mills. I usually play up at WAR and NCN. I am currently deployed overseas atm with a SPC Jenkins who said he played there once. I'm looking forward to attending some of your events when I return stateside. To this end, I was pondering if there is a post somewhere as to the laws of the land in that area (Is necromancy illegal, etc. etc.). I look forward to a response and playing with you all soon. I look forward to seeing you once you get back from over seas. Right now there is no laws in the lands of Naringal or in the frontier town of Amrun Taury.
