Contingency Question?

At what point would a Contingency "Life Spell upon Death" take effect?

When the player is killed and enters there death count?

Or at 4:59 just before the spirit leave to resurrect?

A contingency life upon death, means your life spell will go off when killing blowed, your bleeding out count reaches one min, hit with a death spell, etc.... I hope this answers your question?
