Attention to all MERCHANTS,

Be wary if traveling to these lands, as they are full of ruthless, thieving, adventurers.

Jeremiah and I, found our-self just on the out skirts of the so called Borderlands, and stopped to sell some of our wares. While going through our merchandise several items went missing, and then out of no where we was attacked and killed.

We resurrected down at the military encampment, and reported what happened, we was escorted back into town, and left for a "Dwarf" to handle the situation. They then locked us up inside, and left us to starve! ... we where able to jimmy a door ajar, and that Dwarf was standing there with his Axe pointed at me! I ran as fast as I could to get out of there! ...

THEREFOR, any merchants traveling to these land use EXTREME caution! ... However if you want to really make a profit with your good, you should head to Osterdorf, the adventurers and people there pay premium price to wares and good!

Dearest Littleton Brothers,

As Steward, I am most grieved by your tales of how you were wronged. I do not doubt your tale because rumors of the superior intelligence, rugged good looks, and prowess in trade gush from the houses of discreet wares (one half ledgable report rambles something about Daniel and a "baby's arm holding an apple." I presume it a tale of childhood strength). However, are you certain it was the people of the Republic that did this to you both?

As merchants of Naringal, you are fully aware that if you bring your stories to me with evidence of these wrongs you have suffered, you will have your day in court. And if found guilty by trial, the villain must make full restitution, whether they be commoner or noble. Will you find such justice in Osterdorf? Furthermore, if your pride is still hurt, you may challenge you tormentor in the arena. All arrangements will be made to grant a competition befitting the outcome of trial.

Once a wild and lawless land, but this land has now seen the light of just governace. With the enemies of oppression looming over us, it is hard to make positive strides, but with patience and cold-iron resolve, we will prevail! This will soon be the most prosperous land in Avalon!

This Republic will not tolerate unprovoked attacks on its own people!

By the way, you wouldn't happen to know where I could acquire a flame axe would you?

Lt., I will offer you a response only because it was the Military that allowed us to resurrect in there circle, and escorted us back in an attempt to gain our wares back.

However, I am extremely upset that not only did we not get our merchandise back, but those that escorted us back left us there!!

We would be more than happy to point out the bearded person, wielding the long sword that I witnessed slay my brother, before turning his blade on me!

A flame axe? ... I might be able to acquire you one what's your offer?

Daniel,

By your post, I presume you will be making accusations against "the bearded person, wielding the long sword" in our court. I will put you on the docket for our market day in the sixth month, 612.

As to the lack of escort, my men are doing their level best to hold the front so you may still sell your wares in the free Republic. Any help the Littleton Merchant Convoy can lend to end this war would definitely increase our ability to provide better customer service. Thank you for your pledged support.

To the flame axe, I inquire for the Constable. It seems his flame axe was stolen recently. It will make matters of tracking down your accused assailant easier if he had his full assortment of battlements. You'll have to contact him directly for the price he will pay.

Lt,

While I do not know his name I would be able to identify him!

As to, if we will appear in "court" I highly doubt it, as we'd be fools to walk among crooks again!! After seeing how your "Lord" and "Constable" govern the lands.

We have settled in here nicely across the river with the Duke and his good citizens, they love our wonderful wares and our extraordinary deals!!

For the assailant shouldn't be too hard to find, seeing how if was traveling with the "Lord" and "Constable"

As to the Axe, I would be able to acquire one, but will do no dealing with that dwarf. For his being stolen ... .. .???
