Concerning the Duke of Evandarr

To those who call Naringal home, I have parlayed with The Duke of Evandarr. The Duke of Evandarr declares that no 'citizen' crosses North of the Great River or enters the ruins of Amrun Taury with intent other than joining the forces of Evandarr. To do otherwise constitutes and act of War. The Duke will remain North of the River for two years waiting for his "lost citizens" to join him. After two years, he plans to claim the lands to the South...by force if necessary.
