Avalon's Crown you have one month!

To all citizens,

It was my parlay with Lt. Teabrick Lokcan that I decided to give my lost citizens some time to flounder on their own. Its come to my attention through my network of spies and allies from other nations that Avalon's Crown seems to mock my offer by claiming the a tower in Amrun Taury. If Avalon's Crown does remove themselves from this tower I will be forces to declare them outlaws in my Duchy.

I know my other citizens though lost, did not play a part in their claim. So I will only declare them outlaws and it will be every citizens duty to do them harm if any members of them are seen. I further promote to our allies if they do not remove them selves by February 6, 611 from this tower. They will be outlaws and by the Accords of Avalon all allies will need to hand over any members of this band of brigands to me.
